MERCH DESIGN CONTEST SUBMISSIONS

CATEGORIES & ART SIZES

• Shirt Design — 12” W × 15” H
  Front, back, or front + back designs

• Sticker Set (3 designs) — 3” × 3” each

• Trucker Hat Design — 3.5” W × 2” H

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

• File types: PNG, PDF, or print-ready formats

• Resolution: 300 DPI

• Original artwork only

• NO AI-generated artwork

SUBMISSION INFO

• Include which category you are submitting for (Shirt, Stickers, or Hat)

• Include your Instagram handle in the submission email

• Limit of 3 submissions per category

• Submissions are exclusive to Clandestine Creative Club members

• You must have attended at least one CCC meeting to submit

PRODUCTION & ARTIST SUPPORT

• All merch will be printed locally

• Shirts and hats will be printed using a DTF (Direct-to-Film) process

• A portion of merch sales will be paid to the winning artists

VOTING & WINNER RULES

• Artists may only win one category

• If an artist receives the top vote in multiple categories, only one category will count

• The next highest-voted design will be selected for the remaining category

PERMISSIONS & USE

By submitting, you agree that:

• Your artwork may be displayed on the CCC website for voting purposes only

• Selected designs may be printed on CCC merch

• Full credit will be given to the artist
